Refund Policy

If you purchase a service from Oomens Automation Solutions and no billable work has begun within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

For recurring or subscription-based services (when applicable), refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial charge, provided that work has not started and no services have been delivered.

Requesting a Refund

  • Email info@oomensautomationsolutions.com with your order details and purchase date.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Service Delivery

Oomens Automation Solutions delivers services through remote and digital means only. No physical goods are shipped. All deliverables and products are provided electronically.

Onboarding

  • Clients are contacted within two business days of payment to schedule onboarding and coordinate all required access.

Project Timelines

  • Standard Work: Initial deliverables are typically completed within 7–10 business days of onboarding.
  • Custom/Enterprise Work: Timelines are defined per scope and documented in a statement of work.

Communication

Progress updates are shared throughout the engagement, with opportunities for review and feedback at key milestones.

Returns & Resolution

Because services are delivered digitally, physical returns do not apply. If concerns arise, clients are encouraged to reach out to discuss revisions or resolution options. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy above.

Cancellations

One-Time Services

Cancellations requested within 48 hours of purchase will not incur fees, provided work has not begun. After this window, refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Ongoing Services

Recurring services may be canceled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds outside of stated trial or satisfaction windows are not guaranteed.
